The Annual Scariff Harbour Festival takes place this year from Thursday 1st – Sunday 4th August 2019 and promises to be an action packed weekend for all the family.
It all kicks off at 8pm on Thursday night 1st August with a Concert in the Sacred Heart Church featuring Aonghus McAnally – Celebrating the music & songs of Christie Hennessy.
One of Ireland’s most beloved singer-songwriters, Christie Hennessy delighted audiences until his tragic and untimely death in 2007. In this acclaimed show, Aonghus McAnally brings the Hennessy songbook to life with his uncanny recreation of Christie’s voice and guitar playing.
Featuring all his hits – Messenger Boy, Jealous Heart, Don’t Forget Your Shovel, If You Were To Fall and the iconic Roll Back The Clouds – Come & Experience one more night of Christie’s magical music & songs.
